white rabbit.
In The Matrix, Neo gets a cryptic message: "Follow the white rabbit." He takes the leap only after spotting a white rabbit tattoo on a woman's shoulder, curious to see how deep the rabbit hole goes. That moment inspired White Rabbit.
Hidden on the second floor above the busy streets of Uluwatu, White Rabbit was built as an escape from the daily noise. But the name runs deeper than the movie. It's about unlocking untapped potential. Local Indonesian talent is often confined to coffee shops and casual restaurants, and we believe they're capable of much more.
White Rabbit was created to share years of industry experience, teaching and elevating local bartenders to the speakeasy standard you'd find in New York, London and Dubai. When you step upstairs, you're following the rabbit hole to see what Indonesian craft and hospitality can do at the highest level.
